    At Korriko, we want you and your pup to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 60-day risk-free trial — if it’s not the paw-fect fit, you can return it for a refund. Our return and refund policy is simple, transparent, and designed to give you peace of mind while ensuring your pup gets the comfort they deserve.

    We’re a Canadian brand, and returns are shipped to our warehouse in British Columbia. 

    1. How It Works

    • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery

    • Items must be in new, hair-free condition with all original tags/packaging attached (tags are placed so your pup can still try on the harness). For hygienic reasons, we can’t accept returns without tags.

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty or sent in error).

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • Refunds processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (3–10 for Sezzle).

    2. How to Return:

    1. Email hello@korriko.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Package the item(s) securely with your packing slip (or order confirmation).

    3. Use the return address we provide by email (not the label on your parcel).

    4. US customers: please use USPS only - not UPS/DHL/Fedex to avoid customs fees. 

    3. Exchanges

    We don’t offer direct exchanges due to limited stock. Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

    4. Bundles & Promotions

    • Bundle Sets: All items in the set must be returned in new condition with tags. For size swaps, place a new order for the individual items, and we’ll refund the returned items (at the new order's item price).

    • Free Gift with Purchase / BOGO: Free gifts must be included in returns, or their value will be deducted. For BOGO, both items must be returned — otherwise the discount no longer applies.

    • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sale, non-refundable.

    5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you receive the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product, email hello@korriko.com within 7 days with your order number, details, and a photo and/or video. We’ll arrange a replacement (if in stock), refund, or store credit.

    6. Quality Guarantee

    Our harnesses and accessories are crafted with premium materials, but they’re not indestructible. Please check each item before use and keep them away from chewers. Wear, tear, or chewing damage is not covered.
